These terms govern access to and use of the Estaleads platform by agencies, internal users and authorized partners.
1. Purpose of the service
Estaleads provides real estate commercial management tools: prospect tracking, property management, deal pipeline, automations and reporting.
2. Account creation and security
- Each user is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential.
- Access must be limited to people authorized by the agency.
- Any fraudulent use must be reported immediately.
3. Authorized use
Users agree to use the platform lawfully and not to harm the security, availability or integrity of data.
4. Data and content
Data entered by the agency remains its property. The agency is responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness and updates of imported information.
5. Intellectual property
The software, interfaces and visual assets of Estaleads are protected. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
6. Availability and maintenance
The service is operated with reasonable availability measures. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates or security.
7. Limitation of liability
Estaleads shall not be liable for indirect losses (commercial opportunities, reputation, revenue) linked to unsuitable use or temporary unavailability.
